Cancellation and Refunds

Decoding HCM provides digital services rather than physical goods. Please review this policy before purchasing a paid feature.

Cancellation

If a paid offer includes recurring billing, cancellation instructions and the effective date will be shown with that offer. If no recurring plan is offered, there is no recurring subscription to cancel. You may stop using the Website at any time; stopping use does not automatically reverse a completed payment.

Refund request eligibility

• Duplicate payment: contact us so we can verify charges for the same purchase.
• Payment completed but access not provided: we will investigate and attempt to provide the purchased access or arrange an appropriate resolution.
• Failed or reversed transaction: if funds appear debited while payment status is failed, we can help check the transaction status with the payment provider.
• Other requests: explain the issue and we will review it under the offer terms and applicable law.

Digital access and change of mind

Because digital access may be provided immediately, a change-of-mind request after access has been delivered may not qualify for a refund, except where required by applicable law or where the offer terms provide otherwise. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

How to request a refund

1. Contact us via the official Decoding HCM Telegram channel.
2. Include payment date, amount, transaction/order reference and the account identifier used for the purchase.
3. Describe the issue. Never send your password, full card number, CVV or OTP.
4. We will verify the details and respond with next steps. If approved, a refund will be initiated through the payment provider or original payment method where supported.

Refund timing

After a refund is approved and initiated, the time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider, bank and payment method. We cannot promise a fixed posting date. Contact your bank or payment provider with the refund reference if delayed.
